Abstract... The phenomenological tendency, since its inception, has attracted attention of many scholars specializing in philosophy and those who chronicle it alike, therefore, many definitions and explanations have been provided for it, all of which agree that it is a tendency whose main focus is the study of the human experience and its relationship to the objects or things that are imposed on human consciousness through that experience, its mechanism is thought as its descriptive project, which identifies the structures that distinguish that consciousness and the world around it as it appears to experience, thus, it was not only a subject of philosophy, but a subject of psychology in terms of what happens to the mind when it is subject to an external influence, it is also a subject of sociology which studies the social phenomenon starting from the individual action in the sense that “Max Weber” held, right through to the fact that it is in general an internal personal experience that takes place through one’s conscious perceptual powers, and then its questions that pass through it and the method it follows is followed by a presentation for Husserlian phenomenological terms.
Abstract... This research in (the specificity of the installation of metaphor images in some honorable hadiths of the Prophet) contained an introduction to him talking about the metaphor and clarifying the limit of metaphor and its aesthetics and the specificity of its installation in the honorable Prophetic hadith in terms of creativity and its agreement with logic, in addition to that the search contained features of cohesion between the two sides of the image Metaphorism, entering the actual formula on metaphor and transmitting movement in it, and the research also included the nature of metaphor deviation in the Prophetic hadith.
Abstract... The study aimed to identify the level of attitudes of psychological counselors in the Bani Kenana area towards psychological disorders according to the demographic variables (gender, age, educational level, years of experience). As for the study sample, it consisted of (54) counselors from among the psychological counselors in the Bani Kenana Area. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used, and the results of the study indicated that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) among counselors due to the variables of gender, age and educational level, while there were statistically significant differences among counselors due to the variable years of experience, and among The results of the study showed that the counselors' attitudes towards psychological disorders were positive. The study reached a set of recommendations, including: Intensifying the efforts of workers in the field of mental health, counseling and psychotherapy to develop mechanisms and strategies to ensure social construction that contributes to community awareness about mental disorders and the psychologically disturbed, and to educate the mentally disturbed people and emphasize the importance of their role. Spreading awareness about mental disorders and psychological disorders through various media by mental health professionals.

The aim of our research is to clarify the concept and statement of the importance of social responsibility for business organizations, in addition to highlighting the importance of health awareness about the Corona virus, and working to clarify the role of social responsibility of business organizations in health awareness about the Corona virus.
The research community included Libyana Mobile Phone Company employees, while the research sample only included 50 male and female employees within the company, and the statistical program spss was used in order to analyze the answers received from the recovered questionnaires ready for analysis.
Where the arithmetic mean and variance were calculated, in addition to the range and standard deviation, in addition to the graphs and figures that illustrate the study.
The study reached a number of important results as follows:
1- The lack of a statistically significant role for social responsibility on the part of the employees working in Libyana Mobile Phone Company in health awareness about the Corona virus.

Abstract... This research aims to identify the priority that is given when there is disagreement during the practice of the profession of calling to God Almighty, as disagreement and separation on a specific matter related to the field of da’wah is justifiable, whether with regard to the topics of the invitation or the invited or others, and the difference is a mercy from God Almighty to his creation.What appeared from this research is that the difference is a matter of judgment that occurs among the callers to God Almighty, as it happened between the messengers and prophets, peace be upon them, and between the Companions, may God be pleased with them during the era of the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, in his life and after his death, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him. So when there is a disagreement among the preachers during the invitation, it should be presented what is a definitive text from the Holy Qur’an or the Prophet’s Sunnah or other sources that have been proven to be authoritative, in addition to giving priority to what is appropriate for the situation of the invited person at the time when the invitation was made, and the conditions of the nation should be taken into account.
Abstract... Public companies are linked to public sector institutions, and depend on them to support the national economy. The public company takes the character of a joint-stock company in the Libyan Commercial Activity Law No. 23/2010. It takes the shape of special legal form that distinguishes it from other companies.
Accordingly, this study aims to know the legal nature of the public shareholding company by defining the nature of the public company for knowing the nature of the legal personality granted to it; in order to derive the consequences thereof. It also aims to achieve this goal. The researcher has relied on the inductive and analytical method to find out the texts of the Commercial Activity Law, the opinions of legal scholars, and the attitude of the Libyan judiciary on this subject.
This study has concluded that the public shareholding company is one of the categories of the special law whose disputes are settled by the ordinary judiciary, and thus the provisions of the Commercial Activity Law are in accordance with the provisions of the Libyan judiciary in considering them as private commercial companies subject to the provisions of the Commercial Law.

This research aims to track the entry of the definite article (the) on some of the words, the extent to which its entry matches the rules and laws of Arabic, and what appeared new from its entry into some uses, and the position of some scholars on that, and an attempt to link these uses to the linguistic and grammatical balance in terms of rejection or acceptance. Hence the idea of this research came to trace some of its uses, approval and disagreement, and to monitor the opinions of scholars about it, all in two sections: The first topic was devoted to entering (Al) on some words and their absence, permissibility, obligatory and prohibition, and the second topic devoted to the dispute about (Al) on some words or compositions.

Abstract... The study aimed at observing and analyzing the theme and numerical trends of published books at Misurata University in the period between (2005-2022AD). Its main objectives were to show the thematic, temporal and linguistic distributions in the published books. By using the descriptive-analytical approach (Bibliometric), the authorship responsibility (individual authorship - co-authorship - institutional authorship), and the responsibility of publications (authorship - investigation - review) were identified. The study results were as follows: i. the number of intellectual productions (published books) was (138) books between 2005 and 2022. Social sciences publications were on the top, while the least publications were in arts. Moreover, the most intellectual productions were recorded in the years (2008-2010) and (2017-2019), whereas the years (2005-2007), (2011-2013) and (2020-2022) were the least productive period. Besides, it was found that Arabic was the most language used in the publications, followed by English and then French. ii. Furthermore, most of the publications were textbooks. In addition, it was found that authorship was the greatest responsibility to be recorded and individual authorship grabbed the first place, followed by (co-authorship) and finally institutional authorship (university publications). Additionally, most of the publications were issued in one edition. iii. The Faculty of Arts was the most productive among the university faculties, while Faculty of Dentistry was the least productive one. In terms of productivity, the university had the largest number of publications (as institutional author) and Dr. Abdel-Wahhab Mohamed Abdel-Aali was on the top of individual authors. According to the study results, the researcher could suggest the following recommendations: i. it is crucial to support the role of Libraries, Publications and Publishing Administration by providing the necessary financial support. ii. To support the research and scientific publishing, it is highly recommended to establish a central library in the university.
Abstract... Almighty has endued humankind with Holy Quran to adapt it as their law with all its educational principles that guide them in their lives and enlighten their souls. However, this can be only achieved in case every individual in the society is taught to obey and follow Allah's orders and rules; in addition to interpreting all the messages encoded in Quran. Consequently, all muslim communities would be granted with endless blessings and peaceful lives.
Quranic education found in Surat Al-Esraa shows all the general ethics necessary for directing human behaviors as individuals and communities. Indeed, thes principles are essential for strengthening children's faith and raising them up with the righteous Islamic basics at an early age. Furthermore, such principles encourage people to observe Allah in every step and appreciate the great impact Quran has in raising their awareness of how to be a righteous individual and the loss they may reap by moving away from Holy Quran guidelines.
