Recognition of the Social Workers' Role and its Relationship to Occupational Performance in School Field

Abstract... The school social worker has a prominent role in the success of the educational process. One of his priorities is to help students adapt to their school environment, and to overcome the problems they face in school and family, he/she also helps them to develop their abilities and broaden their awareness through the cooperation of school with families. Existence of a social workers in a school is an important matter necessary, and they must have the appropriate atmosphere; to be able to carry out their occupational role and practice their job within educational institutions as required. The study aimed to find out the extent of recognition of the social worker’s role and its relationship to occupational performance in the school field, by colleagues, students, administrators, and parents. This is a descriptive and analytical study, it has relied on a survey to collect data, by distributing a questionnaire to a sample of (25) social workers who are working in schools in the city of Misurata, and they were chosen by the intentional sampling method. After the data have been collected and analyzed statistically, the study concluded significant results, the most important of which is that there is a statistically significant relationship between the recognition of social worker’s role and its relationship to occupational performance in school field by each of the students; and colleagues (such as social workers, teachers, employees, and administrators).

L’impulsion à apprendre et ses effets sur l’acquisition d’une langue étrangère

Abstract... L’acquisition d’une autre langue que celle ayant été acquise naturellement dans un environnement donné, a souvent été considérée comme un processus lent et difficile. Cette acquisition d’une seconde langue garde certaines spécificités mais il existe aussi des facteurs et des lois qui la régissent et qui contribuent à sa réalisation. Dans le même temps, l’acquisition d’une autre langue est soumise à des comportements négatifs et positifs de la part des apprenants qui peuvent influencer leur processus d’apprentissage.
Cette recherche s’inscrit dans ce contexte d’étude et vise à clarifier les idées sur les conditions ainsi que sur les méthodes qui peuvent jouer un rôle d’optimisation du processus d’acquisition d’une deuxième langue.
