Misurata| January 2, 2022 To check on the pace of work at the Renewable Energy Center and to follow up the accomplishment of the tasks assigned to the center, President of Misurata University, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdullah Danfour, made an inspection tour to the Renewable Energy Center of Misurata University on Sunday morning, January 2, 2022. The president was welcomed by the Director of the center, Dr. Mustafa al-Aayeb, and the staff members of the center. During the tour, a number of documentaries about the center’s activities and tasks were presented by the center’s staff members including engineers and specialists in renewable energy. Director of the Center, Dr. Mustafa al-Aayeb, explained in detail the role that the center plays in community service and the extent to which the Centre's community responsibility has been successfully fulfilled. He also clarified the material and human resources available at the center that enable constant development and efficient community service. In addition, he mentioned that since its opening, the center has offered a large number of training courses for the youth to qualify them for the labor market. President of Misurata University, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdullah Danfour, in his speech, extended his heartfelt thanks to all the workers at the center, especially Dr. Mustafa al- Aayeb, for their remarkable efforts. He also expressed his appreciation for the important and active role that the center plays in developing the field of renewable energy. Before the end of the tour, the president of the university paid a quick visit to the Solar Panels and Renewable Energy Equipment Exhibition at the center to raise awareness about this energy. At the end of the tour, the President of the University expressed his gratitude to all the members of the center for their warm welcome and considerable enthusiasm for the success and development of the center.
