The second day of the fourth package of the "IBTIKAR" project`s activities has concluded successfully! We witnessed enriching discussions and inspiring sessions on enhancing the research and innovation environment in the Libyan higher education system, with the participation of the Ministry of Higher Education and the Scientific Research Authority, through sharing the joint action plan and building international cooperation and partnerships. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all the esteemed attendees and honourable guests from the Union of Mediterranean Universities and our partner Libyan universities, as well as all participants who contributed to this distinguished event, including faculty members and staff. Special thanks are also due to our outstanding partners, whose significant contributions greatly contributed to the success and support of this event, reflecting their true commitment to enhancing academic and research cooperation.
