Day 3, during the vertical training visit of the IBTIKAR Project at the University of Salento, all partners discuss research questions and the next project activities. Meanwhile, Dr Mohamed Abugharsa, Director of the International Cooperation Office of Misrata University, one of the participant's vertical training visits, talks about the international cooperation of Libyan universities and the possibility of joint projects with Libya. UNIMED - Mediterranean Universities Union Director, Dr Marcello Scalici, outlined the future of cooperation with Libya, based on old and new cooperation, quality standards and common paths on both sides of the Mediterranean.
