Misurata | May 14, 2025 – The Department of Plant Production at the Faculty of Agriculture, Misurata University, organized two scientific lectures on Wednesday as part of its practical activities, aiming to enhance students` knowledge and connect them to recent developments in the agricultural sector.
Dr. Al-Hashemi Ali Agliou delivered the first lecture, titled "Honey," reviewing the scientific foundations of honey production and its environmental importance. The second lecture, titled "Organic and Biodynamic Agriculture," was presented by Dr. Issam Ali Hassan, focusing on the principles and challenges of organic farming.
The event was attended by the dean of the college, a number of faculty members, and those interested in agricultural affairs, reflecting the college`s commitment to improving the quality of agricultural education and enhancing practical aspects for students.
