The First Edition of the Moot Court at the Misrata Courthouse Complex, Organized by the Misrata University Law Alumni Association

On Tuesday morning, the Law Alumni Association at Misrata University, in collaboration with the Faculty of Law, held the final round of the first edition of the Moot Court activities at the Misrata Courthouse Complex. The event was organized in academic partnership with the Bar Association and officially sponsored by the Iron and Steel Company.

The competition was attended by several judicial and academic figures, including the Dean of the Faculty of Law, the President of the Court of Appeals, the Head of the Judicial Inspection Department, a representative of the Iron and Steel Company, the Dean of the College of Sharia Sciences in Zawiyat Al-Mahjoub of Al-Asmariya University, along with members of the Bar Association and faculty staff.

This edition featured 70 male and female students who presented a realistic simulation of litigation procedures by portraying the roles of judges, prosecutors, defense attorneys, and defendants in a fictional criminal case. The initiative aimed to develop legal skills and enhance the practical experience of students.
