Joint Cooperation Agreement between Misurata University and The National Center for Artificial Limbs
Areas of Joint Cooperation:
1. Providing mutual technical support for operating workshops of artificial limbs and physical rehabilitation, in addition to providing the opportunity of training the applicants of both parties on the physical rehabilitation and artificial limbs manufacturing according to the latest scientific methods and techniques in this field by the cooperation between the National Center for Artificial Limbs and the University Center of Physical Rehabilitation and Artificial Limbs.
2. Providing raw materials for artificial limbs manufacturing and physical rehabilitation, training of users, and sending professional experts to assist with the operation, maintenance, and development between the National Center for Artificial Limbs and the University Center of Physical Rehabilitation and Artificial Limbs.
3. Providing technical guidance and advice, newsletters, researches and studies in the field of artificial limbs and gait training, in addition to training of users between the National Center for Artificial Limbs and the University Center of Physical Rehabilitation and Artificial Limbs.
4. Mutual invitations between the National Center for Artificial Limbs and the University Center of Physical Rehabilitation and Artificial Limbs to attend scientific workshops, conferences, meetings, and exhibitions related to artificial limbs and physical rehabilitation.
5. Every party benefits from the available resources of the other party, including workshops, laboratories, libraries, etc.
6. Joint publishing and scientific information and data exchange, in the form of data, software, books, scientific journals, or any other form.
7. Organizing joint symposiums, conferences, workshops, scientific exhibitions, meetings, and other activities, taking into consideration that every party must inform the other party about these activities.
8. Exchange of joint advisory services, including preparation of studies and technical reports related to the area of work of both parties.
9. Exchange of joint researches and studies in the work areas of both parties.
10. Training of both parties to the extent of available resources.
11. Cooperating in in any other areas proposed and agreed upon by both parties.
