Publishing Policies

• The total length of a research paper when published should not exceed 12 pages including appendixes and the reference list.
• The research paper should not have been previously published in any scientific peer-reviewed journal or conference.
• Plagiarism should be avoided.
• The research paper should include:
1. Abstract in both Arabic and English.
2. Key words in Arabic and English “not less than 3 words”.
3. Introduction including: (literature review – related studies – research problem).
4. Materials and research methods.
5. Results.
6. Discussion.
7. Reference list “according to publishing policies”.
• The research paper can be published in either Arabic or English. The abstract should be included in both languages.
• Adhering to the scientific standards that should be observed in scientific research and observing the writing requirements established by the Scientific Committee of the Conference.
• The Scientific Committee of the Conference does not consider the research works which violate the guidelines (paper template downloaded from the website) and publishing policies.
